建筑工程造价预算审核是对建筑工程造价加以合理确定的重要手段及必要程序,在基本建设中发挥着至关重要的作用,并且占据着举足轻重的地位。怎样将建筑工程造价的预算审核工作切实的做好,实现建筑工程造价有效控制的目的及项目目标的有效管理,是建筑行业及相关建设部门有待探究的重要课题。本文针对我国建筑工程造价的管理的现状,对建筑工程造价的预算审核进行了深入的探究,希望能够建筑工程项目的造价控制产生积极的影响。
