刘金诚,字文生,汉族。1945年出生,甘肃天水人。中国黄河书画协会名誉主席,中国文联书画交流中心艺术家,青海省西域书画艺术研究院院长,《书法导报》中国“首届当代百名最佳书法家”“德艺双馨”艺术家,青海省摄影家协会会员。军人出身,供职于青海省纪委,曾任青海省计量局党委副书记等职。书法作品参展全国中青年书法展,入选《21世纪书画家精品集》,曾获百项国内外大奖,包括数次全国金奖。出版有《金诚书画艺术》等著作。作品被收藏于全国31个省、市、自治区,南京雨花台博物馆亦刻碑珍藏。部分作品散见于国外。
Liu Jincheng, word literati, Han nationality. Born in 1945, Tianshui, Gansu. The honorary chairman of China Yellow River Calligraphy and Painting Association, the artist of China Federation of Literature and Art Exchange Center, the director of Qinghai Western Academy of calligraphy and painting, “Calligraphy Guide” China “the first contemporary hundred best calligrapher ” Qinghai Province Photographers Association. Military origin, worked in Qinghai Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, served as deputy secretary of Qinghai Provincial Bureau of Measurement and other staff. Calligraphic works at the National Calligraphy Exhibition of young and middle-aged, selected “21st Century Painters boutique collection”, won 100 domestic and international awards, including several national gold medal. Published “Jincheng calligraphy and painting art” and other works. Works are collected in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, Nanjing Yuhuatai Museum also carved monument collection. Some works scattered abroad.
