试验以黑籽南瓜为砧水,新泰密刺黄瓜为接穗,研究了断根插接、普通插接、靠接法对幼苗生长的影响.与其它两种方法相比,黄瓜断根插接法具有嫁接成活率高,促进黄瓜叶片生长.增强黄瓜叶片光合能力,提高嫁接苗根系活力,抑制砧木及接穗下胚轴徒长的优点,有利于培育壮苗,提高劳动效率,值得在我国进一步推广应用.
The experiment uses the black seed pumpkin as an anvil water and the Xintai sparse cucumber as the scion, and studies the effect of the root pruning, the common plugging and the docking method on the seedling growth. Compared with the other two methods, cucumber plugging method has the advantages of high graft survival rate and cucumber leaf growth. Enhance the photosynthetic capacity of cucumber leaves, improve the root activity of grafted seedlings, inhibit rootstock and scion hypocotyl benefits, is conducive to nurturing seedlings, improve labor efficiency, it is worth further promotion and application in our country.
