Objective To evaluate the level of measles antibody in healthy people aged 0-40 years and explore the influence of age and immunofluorescence on antibody level. Methods Based on the measles antibody level of 2012 in Xinyi City, venous blood was collected for about 2 m. The serum antibody levels of measles were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The overall population level, Impact of age on immune status. Results Among the 500 subjects, 437 were positive for measles antibody, with a positive rate of 87.40% and a GMC of 491.25 mIU / m L. The level of GMC in the 8-month-old group was significantly higher than that of the second needle after inoculation, and there was no significant difference in antibody GMC levels between the two groups GMC level also no significant difference. In the 2-dose vaccination group, the GMC level of 1.5-year-old measles antibody group was significantly higher than that of 8-month-old group. The level of GMC in measles antibody of 1.5-year-old group was significantly higher than that of 10-year-old group and 15-year-old group in the 3-dose vaccination. There was no significant difference between 10-year-old and 15-year- In the target of 5-dose vaccination, the measles antibody level of 1.5-year-old measles antibody was the highest, the measles antibody level was the lowest in 7-year-old measles antibody group, and the measles antibody GMC level was significantly decreased with age. Conclusion The measles immunization strategy can be improved to raise the antibody level below 1 year old and the floating population, and to rationally strengthen the immunization frequency.
