一、改装沉砂管：沉砂管也称取粉管，是岩心钻探不可能缺少的钻具之一，目下在各勘探队中都是利用三用接头装接在岩心管上头与钻杆下头之间（如图1所示）。大家知道，这样装接使用的沉积管，其螺丝部分是很容易损坏的。由于螺丝损坏而一再车丝或报废的情况是很多的，这次刚从苏联学习回来的颜德堂同志来到咱们工地介绍了苏联勘探队里所采用的岩心钻探沉砂管；在我们工区大家都认为很好。这种沉砂管可以利用原用的沉砂管或利用丝扣已经损坏报废了的岩心管进行改制。改制方法：是在沉砂管下端内径里焊上一个垫圈，垫圈中心制有可以通过钻杆的圆孔。使用时，只将沉砂管套在与岩心管异径接头扭接的钻杆上便可（如图2所示），无须三用接头。这种
