[目的]掌握西藏林芝地区儿童饮茶型氟中毒流行状况,为今后防治工作提供依据。[方法]采取分层随机抽样的方法,调查林芝、米林、工布江达、波密、察隅和朗县6个县,每个县随机抽取4个乡(镇),调查8~12岁儿童氟斑牙情况,同时测定饮水氟、茶氟及儿童尿氟含量。[结果]8~12岁儿童氟斑牙指数为0.66,患病率为33.7%,各调查县饮水氟、尿氟均值均低于国家标准,但茶水中氟含量超过国家标准1~8倍。[结论]林芝地区8~12岁儿童存在氟中毒症状,整体氟斑牙流行强度为轻度,其中察隅、朗县流行强度为中度。
[Objective] To master the prevalence of drinking-type fluorosis among children in Nyingchi region in Tibet, and to provide the basis for future prevention and treatment. [Method] Stratified random sampling method was used to survey 6 counties of Nyingchi, Millington, Gongbujiangda, Bomi, Chayu and Longxian. Four counties (towns) were randomly selected in each county to investigate the fluoride spots of children aged 8 ~ 12 Tooth conditions, determination of drinking water fluoride, tea fluorine and urinary fluoride content in children. [Results] The dental fluorosis index of children aged 8 ~ 12 years was 0.66, the prevalence was 33.7%. The average fluoride and urinary fluoride of drinking water in all investigated counties was lower than the national standard, but the fluorine content in the tea exceeded 1 to 8 times the national standard. [Conclusion] The symptoms of fluorosis in children from 8 to 12 years old in Nyingchi Prefecture are mild. The epidemic intensity of dental fluorosis is mild, among which the intensity is moderate in Zayu and Langxian.
