From October 2 to 6, 2000, the 13th International Medical Record Conference was held in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. 382 people from 28 countries participated in the conference, including 11 from China. The theme of the conference is: Step into the next century: Into the next Millennium (A New World Record). As soon as we set foot on Australia’s land, the atmosphere of the Olympic Games is on the rise. Olympic advertisements are everywhere, and there are enthusiastic and helpful Olympic volunteers everywhere. Looking up at the blue sky and breathing fresh air gives a fresh look. However, what is more important is the thoughtful arrangement and help of the Organizing Committee and friends, which has given us many people from other countries a sense of security. From attending the conference to visiting the hospital, every visit to the hospital is affected
