疏港卡车作为港区重要排放源之一,同时又是港区与城市联系的桥梁,其大气污染物排放成为近期学者研究的热点。以港口城市为边界、以疏港卡车为研究对象,通过分析整理国内外文献,结合实际调研结果,利用疏港卡车在港与在疏港大道的活动强度、排放因子与车辆保有量,构建基于活动量的沿江(河)港区疏港卡车排放清单编制方法以及本地化大气污染物社会成本标准。以南京港龙潭集装箱港区(NPLC)疏港卡车为例进行实证分析,结果表明:(1)疏港卡车大气污染物排放中NOx占主导地位,以疏港大道为节点时年排放57 t;(2)疏港卡车是港区CO_2排放首要贡献源;(3)边界的选择对排放量影响较大;(4)疏港卡车大气污染物总社会成本估算为1 992 292美元/a。在对研究结果及成因进行分析和讨论的基础上,提出疏港卡车减排建议。
Hong Kong Trucking as one of the major sources of discharge in the port area is also a bridge between the port area and the city. The emission of air pollutants has become a hot topic recently studied by scholars. Taking the port city as the boundary and taking Hongkong truck as the research object, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign literatures and combines the actual research results, using the activity intensity, emission factor and vehicle ownership of the Hong Kong truck in port and Shugang Avenue, Activities of the river (river) port harbor port discharge truck inventory preparation methods and local air pollution social cost standard. Taking the port of Longtan Container Port (NPLC) of Nanjing Port as an example, the empirical analysis is carried out. The results show that: (1) NOx is the predominant pollutant in port emission trucks; (2) Port-pick-up trucks are the major contributors to CO 2 emissions in the port area; (3) Boundary choices have a significant impact on emissions; and (4) Total social costs of port-bound truck air pollutants are estimated to be US $ 1,992,292 / a. Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results and causes, this paper puts forward suggestion on reducing emission of Hong Kong Trucks.
