目前,我国煤炭企业正在进行产业转型,煤炭工业旅游成为一个新的选择。兖矿集团在区域位置、基础设施、劳动力资源等方面存在着发展工业旅游的优势,但也存在着旅游产品单一、经营观念转变困难、跨行业的制度阻碍等劣势。因此,集团应扬长避短,发挥优势,通过建设煤炭工业园区、强化对外合作、培训职工等措施,为集团发展工业旅游创造良好的条件。
At present, China’s coal enterprises are undergoing industrial restructuring, and the coal industry tourism has become a new choice. Yankuang Group has the advantage of developing industrial tourism in terms of location, infrastructure and labor resources. However, there are also disadvantages such as the singleness of tourism products, the difficulty of changing management concepts and the hindrance of cross-sectoral system. Therefore, the Group should make good use of its advantages and avoid weaknesses to give full play to its advantages and create favorable conditions for the Group to develop industrial tourism through the construction of coal industrial parks, strengthening of foreign cooperation and training of staff and workers.
