目前,我国教育教学改革工作进入到了关键时期,强调“以学生为主体”的教育教学理念,确保整体管理观念有效深入,在这样的情况下,高中教学管理优化要落到实处,才能取得更好地效果,新形势下高中教学管理的优化要贴近教学一线,做好宣传工作,让课程改革理论深入人心,确保实现教学管理与学生管理的一体化。本文从四个方面针对具体的教学管理优化对策进行了分析。
