西部大开发战略实施十年来,西部及少数民族地区积极吸引和利用外商投资,促进了西部经济的快速发展。作者将西部地区及少数民族吸引和利用外商投资的发展历程归纳为不同的三个发展阶段,分析了西部及少数民族地区自改革开放、实施西部大开发战略、我国加入世界贸易组织、两次金融危机到现阶段所表现出的不同于其它区域的发展特征,比较分析了在这三个阶段中,外商投资对西部及少数民族地区经济发展的影响,对于我们进一步发展西部区域外向经济,制定西部大开发战略第二阶段规划具有一定的现实意义。
Over the past decade since the implementation of the strategy of developing the western region, the western regions and ethnic minority regions have actively attracted and utilized foreign investment and promoted the rapid economic development in western regions. The author summarizes the development history of the western regions and ethnic minorities in attracting and utilizing foreign investment into three different stages of development. The author analyzes the western regions and ethnic minority regions since reform and opening up, the strategy of developing the western region, China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, The crisis at this stage shows different characteristics from those in other regions, and comparatively analyzes the impact of foreign investment on the economic development in the western and ethnic minority areas in these three stages. It is of great significance to our further development of the outward economy in the western region and the formulation of the western The second phase of development strategy has some realistic significance.
