企业教育培训是中小型原酒企业培养高素质员工和打造核心竞争力的重要手段。泸州市中小型原酒企业教育培训存在管理层认识不到位、教育培训机会不均衡、培训活动缺乏针对性、培训方法不灵活、后期评估与应用缺位等问题,针对以上问题,应采用如下对策:树立正确的企业教育培训理念、建立和完善企业的教育培训机制、采用科学实用的教育培训方法等。
Enterprise education and training is a small and medium-sized enterprises to cultivate high-quality raw materials and create an important core competitiveness of employees an important means. There are some problems in the education and training of small and medium-sized original wine enterprises in Luzhou such as lack of understanding of management, unbalanced education and training opportunities, lack of pertinence of training activities, inflexibility of training methods, absence of post-evaluation and application, and the following countermeasures should be taken in response to the above problems: Establish a correct corporate education and training concept, establish and improve the enterprise’s education and training mechanisms, the use of scientific and practical education and training methods.
