本文以广东省三防二期水情自动测报系统(B标段)为例,重点分析了该系统通讯组网、链路监控和后台软件数据管理、处理设计方案技术。通过科学合理的系统设计、规范严谨的实施,最终建成先进的水情信息采集系统。既实现了实时、准确地发布各类水雨情信息,同时还根据水文规范连续、完整保存了各类历史整编数据。
In this paper, taking the example of automatic monitoring and reporting system for water regime of No.3 defense in Guangdong Province (section B), this paper focuses on the communication network, link monitoring and backstage software data management of this system and the design scheme technology. Through scientific and rational system design, standardized and rigorous implementation, and ultimately built advanced water information collection system. Both real-time, accurate release of all kinds of water and rain information, but also according to hydrological norms continuous, complete preservation of all kinds of historical data.
