健康管理是对个体或群体的健康进行全面监测,分析、评估、提供健康咨询和指导以及对健康危险因素进行干预的全过程。据统计中国每年有1500万人死于慢性病,60%～70%以上的医疗费用用到了慢性病上。在现有的体制条件下,运用科学的健康管理模式,充分发挥309医院、下属门诊部、疗养院、干休所的人员和技术优势,达到提高健康水平和生活质量,降低发病率的目的,是重要的历史使命。
