随着社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善,事业单位在新时代里所面临的竞争越来越强,如果不积极进行改革,那么最终的结果不言而喻。因此,有必要针对当前我国事业单位所面临的人力资源管理困境与出路进行探讨,以此来提高事业单位在人力资源管理上的水平和效率,促进事业单位的稳定、快速发展。一、当前事业单位人力资源管理所面临的困境1.人力资源管理缺乏明确的总体规划。因为传统观念的影响,当今的事业单位在人力资源管理的思想方面基本上还是比较传统,其工作模式也仍然是按照上级的主管单位的人事部门所采用的工作模式和布置的相关任务来开展工作。其人力资源管理没有详细考虑到当前单位的具体情况,不能够有效地将本单位的战略目标与人力资源工作的规划结合起来。

Because of the influence of traditional concepts, today’s public institutions are basically still more traditional in terms of human resources management thinking. Their working mode is still based on the work mode and the related tasks of the personnel department of the supervisor in charge. . Its human resources management does not take into account the specific conditions of the current units in detail and can not effectively combine the strategic objectives of its unit with the planning of human resources work.
