本研究基于需求分析理论,对长沙理工大学翻译专业本科学生的学习需求和翻译用人单位的社会需求进行了首次全方位调查。调查结果表明,该校课程设置整体得到了学生认可,并且符合翻译用人单位的社会需求方向,但也存在有待改进之处。基于调查结果,文章提出了课程设置优化的具体建议,以期为工科类院校翻译专业课程设置提供借鉴与指导。
Based on the theory of demand analysis, this study conducted the first full investigation of the learning needs of undergraduates majoring in translation in Changsha University of Science and Technology and the social needs of employers. The survey results show that the school curriculum has been recognized by students as a whole, and in line with the social needs of employers in the translation direction, but there are still areas for improvement. Based on the survey results, the article puts forward some specific suggestions for curriculum optimization, with a view to provide references and guidance for the translation courses in engineering colleges.
