How to establish a scientific and long-lasting authorization mechanism for family-owned enterprises in our country has always been a focus of attention in the field of management science. This article discusses the governance structure of separation of merchants and the management mode of careful selection and ease-of-use employed by merchants hundreds of years ago. “Stock ” system of incentives, which for the contemporary Chinese family business to establish a professional manager authorization mechanism provides a valuable reference.
