对聚苯乙烯模样性能对金属液充填消失模过程的影响进行了数值模拟,结果表明:模样性能显著影响金属液充型过程的温度场及充型能力,随模样密度或气化潜热增加,金属液充型过程中温度降增加,充型能力下降,采用低气化潜热、低密度、低发气性聚苯乙烯模样有利于提高金属液的充型能力。最后确定了国产聚苯乙烯珠粒研制开发方向。
The effect of polystyrene sample performance on the lost foam process of metal liquid filling was numerically simulated. The results showed that the sample performance significantly affected the temperature field and filling capacity of the molten metal filling process. With the increase of sample densities or latent heat of vaporization, During the process of liquid filling, the temperature drop increases and the filling capacity decreases. The use of low latent heat of vaporization, low density and low incidence of gas-filled polystyrene helps to improve the filling ability of molten metal. Finally, the domestic research and development of polystyrene beads identified.
