一、药物的有害反应及其管理由药物导致的有害反应各种各样,其中适合应用肾上腺皮质类固醉(下称类固醇药物)治疗的有害反应,考虑可能主要与变态反应有关。但推测在药物有害反应中,与变态反应直接有关者只有10%以下。对药物有害反应的管理基本是以预知、预防为主:①具有对所使用药物有害反应的知识,②详细了解有关变态反应的家族史和既往史,③皮肤反应的实施(贴布试验和皮内试验),④通过诊察和检查对预想的有害反应早期发现。
