本学期我們进行南瓜子有效成分的提取,大批浸出液的减压濃縮是我們經常要做的工作。在陈思义、高惠文先生的指导和建議下,我們裝置了薄膜蒸發器,以后有不少小組使用这套仪器,一致認为这是一套适用于实验室中大批浸出液濃縮的裝置。其优点是操作連续,濃縮速度快,而且可以隨意控制濃度谝话闱榭鱿?每小时可蒸出800毫升的水,有机溶媒濃缩更快,如甲醇每小时可蒸出1200毫升。水溶媒蒸出的温度一般在50℃左右,浸出液受热时間很短,通过短时間操作便可掌握,唯裝置较繁。现將仪器結构及使用注意点介紹如下:
During the semester, we carried out the extraction of the effective components of the pumpkin seeds. The decompression and concentration of large quantities of leachate is what we often do. They all agreed that this is a device suitable for the concentration of large quantities of leachate in the laboratory. Its advantages are continuous operation, high concentration speed, and free concentration control. 800 ml of water can be distilled out per hour. The organic solvent concentrates faster. For example, methanol can evaporate 1200 ml per hour. The evaporation temperature of the water-soluble medium is generally around 50° C.
