一、单向测量的失真问题机床主轴回转误差对加工工件几何精度的影响,用单向圓图像测量方法可以获得直观结果。然就其原理而言,并非逼真模拟,存在失真。就其方法而言,标准球安装位置难以调整。单向测量略去了刀具与工件之间的相对切向位移,所得圓图像能足够精确地反映大尺寸工件的几何形状差误。由于显示时受屏幕限制,在放大误差的同时,相对地缩小了工件的尺寸,所以图像与工件轮廓之间失去了对应关系。例如:当主轴具有一次谐振时,设振幅为A_0,车削加工面的几何形状误差△可表示为:
