近几年秋冬季节,都安县城周围乡村均出现婴幼儿腹泻骤增现象。本文收集1984年9月～1985年2月婴幼儿腹泻131例,占同期儿科住院病儿19.0％。现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:(1) 季节:131例中9月12例,10月7例,11月35例,12月49例,1月19例,2月9例,其中11、12月共84例,占64.1％。(2) 年龄:6个月～1岁半为最多,共109例(83.2％),>1岁半仅5例(3.8％)。(3) 性别:男86例,女45例,男:女=1.9:1。(4)民族:壮族71例(54.1％),瑶族52例(39.7％),其他8例。
