18例海洛因依赖者在强制脱毒过程中突发精神障碍 ,依据CCMD -2 -R诊断为感应性精神病。临床分析发现 :依赖者的精神状态缺陷、心理紧张、社交范围狭窄以及文化层次低是影响发病的重要因素。其主要临床表现为内容近似的妄想和情感障碍 ,经隔离等处理后病情迅速缓解。
18 cases of heroin addicts with sudden mental disorder in compulsory detoxification were diagnosed as induced psychosis according to CCMD -2 -R. Clinical analysis found that: dependents mental status defects, psychological stress, narrow social range and low cultural level is an important factor affecting the incidence. Its main clinical manifestations of similar delusions and emotional disorders, after treatment, such as isolation of the disease quickly ease.
