2008年以来,全省检察机关认真贯彻落实最高检关于加强和改进反渎职侵权工作的一系列决策部署,办案力度不断加大、办案能力不断提高、办案机制不断完善、预防效果不断增强,反渎职侵权工作取得新的进展。截止2012年9月,全省检察机关共立案侦查渎职侵权犯罪案件1517件2053人,其中重特大案件890件、县处级以上干部要案95人,挽回经济损失2.3亿元。
