本文采用综合分析的方法,从影响巡视工作科学化水平的要素分析入手,探讨了新形势下党内巡视制度的科学化建设问题。通过对省级巡视工作存在问题的分析,认为要从加强组织体系建设、完善机制、健全制度法规、变革陈旧的工作方式与方法、强化巡视成果的运用与转化、与省情紧密结合、重视理论研究着手,全面推进,切实提高省级巡视工作的科学化水平。
