利用 MLS- 2 3型磨粒磨损试验机和 HR- 1 50 D型硬度计研究了深冷处理前后 T1 2高碳钢磨粒磨损性能的变化 ,并采用扫描电子显微镜对其微观形貌进行了观察和分析 .研究结果表明 ,T1 2高碳钢在深冷处理后的硬度提高了 1~2 H RC,耐磨性提高了 50 %~ 60 % .其原因是深冷处理可以减少有害裂纹的产生 ,从而改善耐磨性 .
The wear behavior of T1 2 high carbon steel before and after cryogenic treatment was studied by MLS-2 abrasive wear tester and HR-1 50 D durometer. The microstructure of the wear test was observed by scanning electron microscopy The results show that the hardness of T1 2 high carbon steels increases by 1 ~ 2 H RC after cryogenic treatment and the wear resistance increases by 50% ~ 60% .The reason is that cryogenic treatment can reduce the occurrence of harmful cracks and thus Improve wear resistance.
