目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘的优势。方法:按照随机对照的方法观察了中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期80例的临床疗效。结果:中西医结合治疗组总疗效为98.75%,在显控率,改善咳嗽、咯痰、喘息症状优于西医对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘有其独特的优势,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To explore the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pediatric asthma. Methods: According to the randomized and controlled method, we observed the clinical curative effect of 80 cases of bronchial asthma exacerbation period treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results: The total effective rate was 98.75% in the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group, which was superior to the western medicine control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01) in the apparent control rate and improvement of cough, expectoration and wheezing symptoms. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of pediatric asthma has its unique advantages, it is worth further study.
