目前,要使科技档案工作适应社会主义经济体制的需要,改革传统的管理模式和方法,人们观念的更新首当其冲。那么,科技档案工作者如何确立适应社会主义市场经济需要的观念、效益的观念,发挥科技档案的技术效用和经济效用呢?笔者认为首要的一点就是要增强参与意识,把增强参与意识作为我们转变观念、适应社会的出发点。因此,本文仅就此问题作一探讨,旨在抛砖引玉。
