目的分析重庆口岸2013年输入性虫媒病病例的检测、处置过程,为制定口岸输入性媒介传染病防控措施提供参考。方法采用全国疟疾、登革热监测方案对疑似病例血清进行抗体快速检测和荧光定量PCR核酸检测,对媒介传染病病例进行流行病学调查。结果 2013年重庆口岸共检出3例输入性虫媒病病例,分别为恶性疟、间日疟及登革热,其中登革热为重庆口岸首次检出。结论虫媒传染病检出数量为近年来最多,输入性虫媒病的风险加大。应加强对检验检疫人员的培训,加强外环境整治及蚊媒的监测,防止输入疫情的发生。
Objective To analyze the detection and disposal of imported cases of zoonosis in Chongqing port in 2013 and provide references for the prevention and control of imported imported zoonotic infectious diseases in port. Methods The malaria and dengue fever surveillance programs were used to detect the serums of suspected cases by rapid antibody detection and real-time quantitative PCR for detection of nucleic acid. The epidemiological investigation of the cases of vector-borne infectious diseases was conducted. Results In 2013, three cases of imported arbovirus were detected in Chongqing port, which were falciparum malaria, Plasmodium vivax and dengue fever, respectively. Dengue was detected for the first time in Chongqing port. Conclusion The number of detected zoonoses was the most in recent years, and the risk of imported zoonosis increased. The training of inspection and quarantine personnel should be strengthened to enhance the monitoring of external environment and mosquito vectors so as to prevent the occurrence of epidemic.
