目的:通过静脉注射磷酸组胺注射液,建立类过敏反应的Beagle犬实验动物模型。方法:一次静脉注射磷酸组胺注射液,根据注射后Beagle犬的行为及血压变化,判断类过敏反应。结果:磷酸组胺注射液静脉注射可引起Beagle犬产生典型的类过敏反应,高剂量组的反应明显强于低剂量组。结论:Beagle犬静脉注射磷酸组胺注射液能够模拟临床类过敏反应的发生过程,可以作为中药注射剂类过敏反应的敏感动物模型,用于评价中药注射剂及其组成成分类过敏反应的临床前实验研究。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of allergic reaction in Beagle dogs by intravenous injection of histamine phosphate. Methods: A single intravenous injection of histamine phosphate injection, Beagle dogs according to the behavior and blood pressure changes after injection to determine the class of allergic reactions. Results: Intravenous injection of histamine phosphate injection can cause typical anaphylactic reactions in Beagle dogs. The response of high dose group was stronger than that of low dose group. Conclusion: Beagle dog intravenous injection of histamine phosphate injection can simulate the occurrence of clinical allergic reactions and can be used as a sensitive animal model of traditional Chinese medicine injection allergy for the evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine injections and its components of allergic reaction preclinical study .
