为探寻钻削式采煤机在实际钻进过程中出现的严重偏斜,有效地控制和预测其截割机构的运动规律和动力学行为,建立了550 mm钻削式采煤机钻削机构刚柔耦合的系统动力学模型。利用ANSYS对钻杆进行柔性化,导入ADAMS中,利用ADAMS/Vibration模块对钻削机构进行受迫振动分析,得到了柔性体条件下螺旋钻头在x、y、z三个方向的振动情况。
In order to explore the serious skew of the drilling machine in the actual drilling process and effectively control and predict the movement regularity and dynamic behavior of the cutting mechanism, a drilling machine of 550 mm drilling shearer System Dynamics Model of Rigid-Flexible Coupling Mechanism.
