对豌豆隐性突变体带化茎伞状花序(Fasciatedculm and umbel) 的遗传特性进行了研究。扫描电镜研究表明, 突变体的花蕾密生于茎顶端, 花序呈伞状。遗传试验表明, F1 代植株皆具正常的茎和花序, F2 代突变性状和正常标记性状呈3∶1 分离, 表明该突变性状由单隐性基因支配, 用基因符号fcu 表示。fcu 基因具有使茎带化和产生伞状花序的双重遗传效应。以标志基因系L1238 和w2 为工具材料, 对豌豆fcu 突变体进行了染色体定位。结果表明, 突变基因fcu 与矮茎基因le 表现连锁, 其交换值为31 .92% ±3 .62% 。已知le 位于第IVB 连锁群,因而推定fcu 也在该连锁群上。
The genetic characteristics of the recessive pea mutant with the stalks of the flower stems (Fasciatedculm and umbel) were studied. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the buds of mutants were born at the top of stems and the inflorescences were umbrella-shaped. Genetic tests showed that the F1 plants had normal stems and inflorescences, and the 3-to-1 separation of the mutant and normal marker traits in the F2 generation showed that the mutant trait was dominated by a single recessive gene and was represented by the gene symbol fcu. The fcu gene has the dual genetic effect of banding and producing umbels. To mark the gene line L 1238 and w 2 as a tool material, pea fcu mutants were chromosomally located. The results showed that the mutant gene fcu was linked to the short stem gene le and showed an exchange value of 31.92% ± 3.62%. It is known that le is located in the IVB linkage group and thus it is presumed that fcu is also on the linkage group.
