江苏省射阳县通过健全县乡两级党代会监督机制,有效发挥了党代表作用,拓宽了党内监督渠道,维护了群众利益。江苏省射阳县在对党代表监督的职能、途径、方法进行机制创新的实践中,推行以党代表问责制为核心的乡镇党代表监督制度,效果显著。目前在全省范围内全面推广。
