社会责任认证制度SA8000,是继绿色壁垒之后的又一种新的贸易壁垒。面对新的挑战,我国企业总成本领先的优势将不复存在。在发达国家不断筑起贸易壁垒的情况下,当社会责任标准逐渐成为一种国际贸易的规则时,如果我国企业对此仍然无动于衷或者继续持消极观望的态度,那么必将被国际市场所抛弃。在这种背景下,如何转变企业竞争优势就成为我国企业当前亟待解决的问题。我国企业应积极创造条件,争取SA8000标准的认证,建立新增贸易壁垒的预警机制,建立我国自己的SA8000标准体系,加强国际交流与合作。企业社会责任的理念是全社会所提倡的企业道德精神,只有树立企业形象才能立于不败之地。
SA8000, a social responsibility certification system, is another new trade barrier after the green barrier. Faced with the new challenges, the leading advantages of the total cost of enterprises in our country will cease to exist. When the developed countries continue to set up trade barriers, when the social responsibility standard gradually becomes a rule of international trade, if Chinese enterprises remain indifferent to this or continue to hold a negative attitude, they will certainly be discarded by the international market. Under this background, how to change the competitive advantage of enterprises has become the urgent problem to be solved in our country. Chinese enterprises should actively create conditions for SA8000 certification, set up an early warning mechanism for new trade barriers, set up our own SA8000 standard system and strengthen international exchanges and cooperation. The concept of corporate social responsibility is the corporate social morality advocated by the community, only to establish a corporate image can be invincible.
