目的:探讨接骨创伤膏联合中药离子导入对骨折愈合的影响,明确该项联用技术是否有加强骨折愈合的作用及可能的机制。方法:将雄性健康新西兰兔160只随机等分为正常组,接骨创伤膏联合中药离子导入给药组(简称联合治疗组),接骨创伤膏组(仅给予接骨创伤膏,简称对照组),模型组4组,每组40只,除正常组外,均建立右侧桡骨骨折模型,以第2,4,6,8周4个时间点将每组动物随机等分成4小组,每组10只,联合治疗组所有动物右侧骨折部位给予接骨创伤膏联合中药离子导入治疗,接骨创伤膏组右侧骨折部位单纯给予接骨创伤膏治疗,正常组和模型组不予治疗。术后治疗的第2,4,6,8周4个时间组进行血清碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,AKP)活性及骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)含量测定,骨密度,X射线影像学检查,组织切片和形态学检测。结果:与正常组比较,模型组血清AKP活性水平,BGP含量,断段骨密度,X射线片影像学积分明显降低(P<0.01),病理学和形态学检测显示骨折较明显;与模型组比较,联合治疗组治疗的第2,4,6,8周,血清AKP活性水平及BGP含量较对照组显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),骨密度,X射线片影像学积分明显显高(P<0.05,P<0.01),病理学和形态学检测亦显示联合治疗组骨折愈合明显提前,各时间点两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:接骨创伤膏联合中药离子导入通过对骨折愈合的整个过程施加影响从而加速了骨折的愈合。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of bone graft and traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on fracture healing and to find out whether this combination technique can enhance the fracture healing and its possible mechanism. Methods: One hundred and sixty healthy male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: normal group, traumatic bone paste combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis (abbreviated as combined treatment group), bone graft group (only given traumatic bone paste, control group for short), model Group 4, 40 rats in each group. All the rats except the normal group were given the right radius fracture model. At 4, 6, 6 and 8 weeks, animals in each group were randomly divided into 4 groups, 10 in each group All the animals in the combined treatment group were treated with iontophoresis combined with traditional Chinese medicine for the right fracture site. The right fracture site of the traumatic bone paste group was treated with traumatic bone paste alone, while the normal group and model group were not treated. The alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activity, bone gla protein (BGP) content, bone mineral density, X-ray image School examinations, histological sections and morphological tests. Results: Compared with normal group, serum AKP activity, BGP content, broken bone density and X-ray film imaging scores of model group were significantly lower (P <0.01), and pathological and morphological examination showed more obvious fracture. Compared with model group Compared with the control group, serum AKP activity and BGP content were significantly increased at the 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th week in the combination therapy group (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the bone mineral density and X-ray imaging score were significantly (P <0.05, P <0.01). Pathological and morphological examination also showed that fracture healing in the combination therapy group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01) . CONCLUSION: Ion implantation of traumatic wound paste combined with traditional Chinese medicine accelerates the healing of fractures by exerting influence on the whole process of fracture healing.
