长府办发[2007]35号各县(市)、区人民政府,市政府各委办局、各直属机构:经市政府同意,现将《吉林省人民政府办公厅关于严厉打击非法发行股票和非法经营证券业务的通知》(吉政办发[2007]31号)转发给你们,并提出如下要求,请一并贯彻执行:一、非法证券活动给社会经济、金融安全和社会稳定带来较大的隐患,各县(市)区政府、开发区管委会和市政府各有关部门要深刻认识非法证券活动的社会危害性,严格政策界限,依法坚决取缔擅自公开发行股票、变相公开发行股票和非法经营证券业务的行为,切实维护证券市场正常秩序和广大投资者的合法权益,确保我市金融安全和社会稳定。
