目的 :观察体外分离培养的兔视网膜色素上皮 (RPE)细胞的形态学特点。方法 :用改良的 Stram m′s法分离培养兔 RPE细胞 ,每天在倒置显微镜下观察其生长状况 ,并进行超微结构的检查。结果 :离体培养的兔RPE细胞可呈圆形、梭形、六角形 ,并维持了体内细胞的许多生物学特性如 :顶端微绒毛、基底部内褶、细胞内的细胞器等 ,但细胞内色素成分随细胞的分裂逐渐减少。结论 :这一技术为在体外研究正常 RPE细胞的生理、生化特性提供了方便
Objective: To observe the morphological characteristics of rabbit retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells isolated and cultured in vitro. METHODS: Rabbit RPE cells were isolated and cultured with modified Stram m’s method. The growth of RPE cells was observed under an inverted microscope every day and ultrastructural examination was performed. Results: The rabbit RPE cells cultured in vitro could be round, fusiform, hexagonal and maintained many biological characteristics of the cells in vivo such as apical microvilli, basal folds and intracellular organelles. However, intracellular pigment Components gradually decrease with cell division. Conclusion: This technique provides a convenient means of studying the physiological and biochemical characteristics of normal RPE cells in vitro
