July 29, 2010 The United States released draft H.R.5920 on the banning of heavy metals in children’s products, which may be named the Toxic Metal Protection Act -2010. The bill was introduced to ban the production and sale of children’s products containing cadmium, chromium, barium and arsenic that exceed the regulatory limits.
