将三种不同纸浆的DCS加入浮选过程中的废新闻纸浆料,研究了DCS对废新闻纸脱墨浆浮选以及后续过氧化氢漂白效率的影响。结果表明:几种浆料中的DCS均能够改善脱墨浆的浮选效率,降低脱墨浆的残余油墨,提高脱墨浆的白度。浮选中加入杨木BCTMP和针叶木BCTMP的DCS能改善脱墨浆的可漂性,而浮选中漂白脱墨浆的DCS的存在对脱墨浆漂白的影响不大。
The three kinds of pulp DCS were added into the waste newsprint pulp during the flotation process to study the influence of DCS on the deinking pulp flotation of waste newsprint and the subsequent hydrogen peroxide bleaching efficiency. The results show that DCS in several kinds of slurry can improve the flotation efficiency of deinked pulp, reduce the residual ink of deinked pulp and improve the whiteness of deinked pulp. The addition of DCS to poplar BCTMP and softwood BCTMP to flotation can improve the bleachability of deinked pulp, while the presence of DCS in flotation bleaching deinked pulp has little effect on the deinking pulp bleaching.
