目的:分析奥硝唑牙周炎治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取2011年2月至2015年3月在我院进行治疗的牙周炎患者78例,采取随机数字表法分为奥硝唑组和甲硝唑组,各39例,奥硝唑组用奥硝唑0.5g与地塞米松0.75g混匀,之后再加入10mL的甘油,将混合糊状药剂在探针的引导下放入患者的牙周袋当中,每日2次,连续使用1周,甲硝唑组采用甲硝唑0.5g与地塞米松0.75g混匀,之后再加入10mL的甘油,将该混合糊状药剂在探针的引导下放入患者的牙周袋当中,每日2次,连续使用1周。结果:奥硝唑组治疗后的探测深度以及附着丧失程度显著低于甲硝唑组(P<0.05);奥硝唑组的有效率(92.31%)显著高于甲硝唑组的有效率(82.05%),P<0.05;奥硝唑组与甲硝唑组相比,CRP[(1.61±0.23)mg/Lvs(2.13±0.27)mg/L]、白细胞介素6[(15.31±2.63)ng/Lvs(19.82±3.92)ng/L]等显著高于甲硝唑组(P<0.05)。结论:奥硝唑能有效治疗牙周炎,疗效显著,临床可广泛推广。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of ornidazole in the treatment of periodontitis.
