患儿男,1岁9个月。出生后3天即出现粘液样大便及血便,每日10次或数十次不等。随即出现皮肤丘疹、红斑、渗液、糜烂,最后结痂,并由头、面、四肢逐渐扩散到全身,常年不愈。伴皮肤苍白,四肢淤点、淤斑,无鼻衄及齿龈出血。多次查PC<6×10~9/L。经输血、强的松治疗症状可减轻。否认有家族史。体检:贫血貌,全身皮肤粘膜苍白,无淤点及淤斑。灰褐色皮损上覆鳞屑,呈片状分布全身,以肘窝、腘窝、腋窝明显。肺(一)。
