为迎接中国作家协会第七次全国代表大会的召开,本刊应众多读者要求,为第六届中国作家协会领导者进行了集体速写,以方便读者对这些中国文坛掌门人进行系统了解。自中国作家协会第六次全国代表大会以来,中国作家协会领导机构和组成人员高举党的文艺旗帜,为繁荣中国文学事业呕心沥血,为广大作家们的创作提供了巨大支持。当本刊为这一届文坛掌门人速写时,我们深切缅怀我们敬爱的中国作家协会前任主席茅盾公和巴金老,两位20世纪文坛巨匠以杰出的文学成就和无与伦比的人格魅力,理所当然地先后出任了第一、二任中国作家协会主席。如今,两位文坛巨匠先后西行了。中国作家协会第三任主席是谁,这是文学界和亿万中国公民都十分关注的一件大事,必须要等预期在今年年底召开的中国作家协会第七次全国代表大会产生。
In order to meet the convening of the Seventh National Congress of the Chinese Writers Association, this magazine should, at the request of many readers, conduct a collective sketching of the leaders of the Sixth China Writers Association to facilitate readers’ systematic understanding of the heads of these Chinese literary circles. Since the Sixth National Congress of Chinese Writers Association, the leading bodies and members of the Chinese Writers Association hold high the banner of the party’s literature and art and make great efforts to prosper the cause of Chinese literature. It has provided tremendous support to the creation of a large number of writers. When the magazine is sketched for this session of the literary world, we deeply cherish the memory of our beloved former Writers Association of China, Mao Dungong and Pugin Lao, two great literary figures of the 20th century who, with their outstanding literary achievements and incomparable charisma, have taken it for granted Has served as the first, two Chinese Writers Association chairman. Today, the two great literary masters have traveled west. Who is the third chairman of the Chinese Writers Association? This is a major event that the literary community and hundreds of millions of Chinese citizens are all very concerned about. It has to wait for the Seventh National Congress of the Chinese Writers Association, expected to be held by the end of this year.
