组织变革问题始终是国内外学者关注的一个焦点问题。但在该领域,国内外的研究尚缺乏有效的联系和沟通。特别是对国外学者已有的研究成果,国内学者很少有人进行过深度的梳理。基于此,本文在尽可能搜索20世纪50年代至今国际有影响期刊上发表的研究组织变革问题重点文献基础上,侧重从概念界定、类型划分和研究发展三个角度着手梳理,对相关观点进行了简评,并提出了中国学者面临的挑战。期待本文能对拓展国内学者研究组织变革视野、提升研究水平有所启示。
The issue of organizational change has always been a focus of scholars at home and abroad. However, there is still a lack of effective contact and communication in this area both at home and abroad. Especially for the research results of foreign scholars, few scholars in China have conducted in-depth reviews. Based on this, on the basis of searching as much as possible the key documents of organizational change published in the international influential periodicals from the 1950s to the present, this paper focuses on combing from the three angles of concept definition, type division and research and development, Briefly comment, and put forward the challenges facing Chinese scholars. Expectations This article can enlightenment to domestic scholars to explore the field of organizational change and enhance the level of research.
