法院受理的离婚案件逐年上升,大部分离异家庭儿童在父母离异前已经留守,父母离婚后子女只能跟随一方生活,形成实质留守。父母离婚主要引发未成年子女的两大问题:抚养问题和心理问题。社会稳定的核心在于人,离异家庭儿童是一个不容忽视的社会群体,解决他们的成长问题,让未成年人成长为对社会有用之人,有助于维护社会的和谐与稳定。从子女抚养和心理教育两大方面探讨对离异家庭儿童的法律保障。
The divorce cases accepted by the courts have been on the rise year by year. Most of the children of the divorced families have stayed behind before the parents divorced. After their parents divorced, the children could only follow one of their lives and form a real left behind. Divorce is the main two mothers of underage children raised two issues: raising and psychological problems. At the heart of social stability lies the fact that children from divorced families are a social group that can not be ignored and that they can solve their growth problems and enable minors to grow into useful people for the society and help maintain social harmony and stability. From the two aspects of child support and psychological education to explore the legal protection of children of divorced families.
