The differences of resources and environment determine the difficulty and depth of human activities, but the previous studies, especially the model of regional economic growth, have not paid sufficient attention to the differences of geographical environment. Based on the previous studies, we use the Harold-Domar model to construct a regional economic growth model that includes geographical factors. Taking China as an example, the quantitative analysis using regression analysis shows that the two geographical factors of spatial distance and topography play an important role in regional economic growth, and the influence of spatial distance is greater than that of topography Role, and the impact of topography on economic growth in the central and western regions have shown obvious. This verifies the regional economic growth model including the geographical factors and further proves the existence of the influence of geographical factors on the regional economic growth.
