从2004年高中新课改在海南、广东、山东、宁夏等地启动到2010年高中新课程改革在全国的全面推开,至今已是十二年有余,但现状却不容乐观。形式主义、“一刀切”、“一风吹”、“换汤不换药”等学校课改现状使国家新课改方案落地维艰,笔者拟就出现该现状的原因以及改变该现状的对策谈几点自己的思考。
From 2004, the new curriculum reform in high schools was launched in Hainan, Guangdong, Shandong, Ningxia and other places. By 2010, the reform of the new high school curriculum in the country has been fully implemented. It has been more than twelve years, but the status quo is not optimistic. The status quo of school curriculum reforms such as formalism, “one size fits all”, “big wind”, “replacement of drugs”, and so on, make the country’s new curriculum reform plan difficult, and the author intends to show the reasons for this status quo. Some countermeasures to change the status quo are discussed.
