中国机械工程学会工业工程研究会设施规划与设计专业委员会(以下简称专委会),于1991年7月2日至4日在北京召开了专委会成立暨学术研讨会。专委会委员、论文作者及代表76人出席了会议。他们来自机械、兵器、电子、石化、航空航天、有色、建材、轻工、核工业等行业及各地区的规划、设计、研究、咨询单位,高等院校和企业。专委会筹备组组长、专委会副主任委员周佳平就专委会和这次会议的筹备经过、专委会名称、学科范围和任务等问题分别向专委会和全体代表作了
China Mechanical Engineering Society Industrial Engineering Research Facilities Planning and Design Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as the special committee), July 2, 1991 to 4 in Beijing held a special committee set up and seminars.
