党的十六大召开后 ,以党校为主渠道的干部教育面临着大力推进新的理论武装的新任务和新要求。做好这项工作 ,需要有新认识和新举措。一是要以“三个代表”重要思想为主导 ,坚持理论武装的思想路线、“思想建党”原则和“与时俱进”的理论品格。二是以提高政治家素质为目标 ,使领导干部有理论上的清醒、政治上的坚定和领导水平与执政水平的不断提高。三是以提高执政能力为重点 ,不断提高领导干部科学判断形势、驾驭市场经、应对复杂局面、依法执政和总揽全局的能力
After the convening of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the education of cadres with the party school as the main channel faces new tasks and new requirements for vigorously promoting the new theory of armed forces. To do this well, we need new understanding and new measures. First, we should take the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ as the guide, adhere to the ideological line of theoretical arming, the principle of ’building the party by thinking’ and the theoretical character of ’keeping pace with the times.’ The second is to improve the quality of politicians as the goal, so that leading cadres have a clear theory, political stability and leadership and the continuous improvement of the governing level. Third, focus on improving the ability to govern, continuously improve the ability of leading cadres to scientifically judge the situation, control the market, deal with complex situations, govern according to law and take overall control of the overall situation
