深圳自1980年建市以来,一直是中国最具经济活力、发展速度最快的城市之一。其发展奥秘之一,不能不归功于一贯坚持“人才立市,人才强市”的重要发展战略,归功于海内外优秀人才为深圳发展做出的重要贡献。本月末,将首次在深圳召开中国国际人才交流大会。这次大会是国际人才交流的盛会,又是深圳多年来引进海外人才和智力丰硕成果的展现。
Since its establishment in 1980, Shenzhen has been one of the cities with the most economic vitality and the fastest growth rate in China. One of the mysteries of its development can not but be attributed to the important development strategy of consistently adhering to the principle of “establishing a market through talent and building a strong market for qualified personnel”, thanks to the important contributions made by outstanding talents at home and abroad for the development of Shenzhen. The end of this month, for the first time in Shenzhen held China International Talent Exchange Conference. This conference is a grand gathering of international talents exchanges and an expression of Shenzhen's overseas talents and fruitful achievements in intelligence over the years.
