对国内外4个雄性核不育互交群体(南京农业大学的NJEP01、NJLP01、NJP92及美国北卡罗林纳州立大学的RS6Y)遗传变异和选择潜力进行了研究。结果表明:RS6Y群体油分含量高,油分、蛋白质含量均仍有选择潜力,但生育期较长,易倒伏,产量相对较低。NJP92群体生育期较短、抗倒性强、蛋脂总含量高且有一定的选择潜力,但产量最低且选择潜力较小。NJEP01和NJLP01群体蛋白质含量和产量相对较高,有一定的选择潜力,其中NJEP01具有早熟选择潜力,但产量及产量性状的改良潜力不如NJLP01。
The genetic variation and selection potential of four male sterile lines at home and abroad (NJEP01, NJLP01 and NJP92 at Nanjing Agricultural University and RS6Y at North Carolina State University in the United States) were studied. The results showed that: RS6Y population has high oil content, oil and protein content are still selective potential, but longer growth period, easy to lodging, the yield is relatively low. NJP92 population has short growth period, strong lodging resistance, high total content of egg yolk and a certain potential for selection, but the yield is lowest and the potential for selection is small. NJEP01 and NJLP01 populations have relatively high protein content and yield, and have certain potential for selection. Among them, NJEP01 has the potential of precocious selection, but the improvement potential of yield and yield traits is inferior to that of NJL01.
